Fernando Merino graduated with his Accounting degree and Masters of Accountancy from Louisiana Tech University in 2017 and 2019, respectively. In 2020, he passed all four parts of the CPA exam in his first attempt and became fully licensed in May 2021.

Fernando worked in Ruston, Louisiana for Hennigan & Wilt, Inc. CPAs from 2017 until 2020. He moved to Covington, Louisiana in 2020 where he married Elizabeth Hummel. In December 2020, Fernando was hired by Patrick J Gros CPA APAC where he worked until June 2024.

In June 2024, Fernando started his own practice in Covington, LA. Fernando specializes in financial statement preparation & analysis, bookkeeping, and tax planning & preparation. He is looking forward to serve his clients.
